Who is to blame for bad economy?

A majority of the country believes President Obama is not responsible, according to an NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll. However, that percentage is declining where in January 65 percent felt Obama inherited this economy, now it is only 56 percent. With 70 percent believing we are still in a recession, there is reason to believe the President’s figures will become even less favorable.

What never seems to be considered are the thousands of jobs lost to new technology, some of which will never return. Also, the Republican philosophy of moving jobs out of the country to benefit the bottom line of big business.
